In the past, she worked as CMO at the MedTech startup deepc and established an internationally well-known B2B brand at the intersection of IT, medicine, and AI. Before, she headed the corporate marketing and communications division at Europe’s largest hospital operator Helios for many years and orchestrated all MarComms disciplines with a team of 120, establishing a digital marketing unit.

Her work in nation-branding at the Federal Government and the German industry initiative, “Germany – Land of Ideas,” combined with her international experience as a consultant for leading companies in the pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and IT sectors, including renowned brands such as Nestlé, Unilever, and Johnson & Johnson, has ignited her passion for business development on a global scale.

Beyond her profound corporate and startup experience, Natalie contributes her insights as a mentor and speaker, engaging with the startup ecosystem through Campus Founders at the Dieter Schwarz Foundation in Heilbronn and Start2 Group I German Accelerator | German Entrepreneurship.

Dr. Stefan Braunewell 

Managing Partner

An experienced leader in AI and digital medicine, Dr. Stefan Braunewell blends his foundational physics background with deep industry insights. His career trajectory spans roles such as Member of the Management Board at the Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Medicine responsible for research exploitation. He also built up Konica Minolta’s innovation lab for AI in medicine and was pivotal in establishing and managing the platform business at the radiology AI startup deepc.

At Synwisery, Stefan leverages his deep-tech proficiency and his extensive expertise in strategy sparring, business development and consortium management to address critical success factors, enabling the translation of scientific advancements into market success. His specialty is creating alignment within diverse teams and coordinating and moderating networks of partners and key stakeholders.

Stefan is an enthusiastic educator and mentor, having shared his knowledge as lecturer at the University of Bremen and TU Munich, and fostering new talents in health tech innovation programs such as Startup Creasphere and MedInnovate.
